Do I need to bring my computer or console somewhere?
No — that's the whole point. We come to you anywhere in Ann Arbor, Chelsea, or the surrounding area and do the work on-site.
Do you supply the parts for a custom build?
You can supply your own parts, or we'll research and pick them out with you during a free consult. Either way, you approve everything before we buy anything.
How long does a build or cleaning take?
Most console cleanings take 30–45 minutes. Builds typically run 1.5–3 hours depending on complexity.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes — all labor is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If something we did isn't right, we come back and fix it at no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, Venmo, and Zelle are all accepted.
Can I get a PC if I'm not in Michigan?
Yes — on-site work is local to Washtenaw County, but our prebuilt PCs are hand-built, tested, and shipped anywhere in the US.
